Wendy W, the author and artist of Gilbert and Grim, was kind enough to draw me this comic featuring Dango vs the Wibble. ^_^ A long long time ago, I thought that they should meet after reading Gilbert and Grim. Yes, I have more dangos written and drawn… I just haven’t inked and colored them. I will get on it. I promise. Someday, Dango will be back.

Yes. Now my plan has been fulfilled and I have lost all but 3 of you loyal readers. I can now keep Dango the underground sensation he was meant to be! Truly! When you 3 look back on this day and see that you were the ones here (and you know who you are even if I don’t) you will be able to say, “I was the one (of three) that stayed with Dango through that long dark tunnel of nothing. The second such long dark tunnel of nothing he went on in so many months. Come of that… why is he spending so much time away? What the hell is wrong with you, Dango?!?” Erm… yeah… so… Regrettably, Dango must fall to the wayside when I have things to do that give me monies. I need that monies to pay for things like living and driving and buying cold medicine.
I apologize for my absence and thank those of you that stuck around for sticking around. I know it sucks when a webcomic disappears. We’re easy to forget about and when we don’t update you stop caring. I give you free comics and you give me your attention for a few seconds every few days.
Why a Promise Comic? I’m still not back up to speed yet and rather than let another day go by without content, I decided to give you something. The very very least I could do. I mean, really. 10 minutes, tops. I gotta freaking sleep.
I’m still working on a few things and am hoping to be back to normal soon. Things have slowed down a little, though, so I’m trying to get back into the habit of the doing the Dango. Making myself stick to the schedule I’ve set for myself is a good way to do that. I can’t promise you that I’ll be uploading normally immediately, but I hope to be back to some form of normalcy by next Monday even if I drop down to updating only once or twice a week or making Fridays Spam days.

I was working on some things tonight, finished this, worked on something else, got distracted and… totally didn’t notice how late it had gotten. Ha ha! ^^; Whoops.

There was no Dango on Wednesday, as real life intervened and I chose sleep instead. And… a… KimHarrisonbook— cough cough… So, you get Wednesday’s Dango today. And you’re lucky, damn it! My allergies are trying to kill me. I want to go lie down and die, but, no, I’m on here, posting things for you people and typing badly. You don’t get to see it because I fix it, but it’s bad. I’m going to go lie down now.
