Dango vs Stapler

Hey, look… I found one with the right name on it.
This was, perhaps, the laziest of all the Dango strips as all I did was draw the stapler once then keep superimposing the dango over it until I was satisfied with it.
Dango likes to eat things. This is his comic.

I find that a lot of times, the “laziest” things an artist does are the audience’s favorite works, much to the artist’s chagrin. I’ve had so many things that I spent hours on, and the audience said no. BUT, too often, the things I spent the least time on got rave reviews. Go fig.
This comic, particularly, is my favorite of the ones I’ve read so far. It’s the bizarre distortion of the Dango that does it for me, coupled with that happy face.

I like this one because it’s really easy to see it as animated. I also like that dango is so sneaky about eating a silly stapler. ^^
